My passion for brain health is deeply personal.
I carry a genetic family history of the APOE4 allele—a known risk factor for Alzheimer’s—and that knowledge drives everything I do. Like so many, I want to do everything possible to protect my brain and reduce the risk of dementia, not just for myself, but for my children, grandchildren, and the people I love.
The science is clear: lifestyle change can do what current drug therapies cannot. It can improve brain volume, increase blood flow, optimize your brain metabolism and other biomarkers, and enhance energy—all while reducing disease risk and boosting cognition.
Early intervention is key. We don’t have to wait for symptoms to appear before taking action. As your coach, I bring not only the science, but deep personal commitment to helping you build a brain-healthy life, starting now
My mission is helping midlife women step into their next chapter with clarity and confidence, I offer brain-based health coaching that supports cognition, resilience, and well-being. Empowering you to feel sharp, centered, and strong—Mind, Body, and Brain.
I understand firsthand how deeply tumultuous menopause can be--a time of profound physical and emotional upheaval. For too long, women were told that the unwelcome changes in midlife were an inevitable part of aging, something to 'white-knuckle' through with the promise that the discomfort would eventually pass.
It’s a process of education, exploration, and trusting the right people. I learned to never assume I am stuck with the way things are. Life changes every single moment, and so can I!
We weren't meant to just "get through it."
