As a menopause health coach, fitness professional, and mom to three incredible kids, I'm on a mission to transform the menopause experience into one of strength, clarity, and vitality.
Nestled into the heart of California, I fuel my soul hiking on the trails of my beloved SoCal mountains. I like to keep my body guessing by blending weight training, yoga, and Pilates into my routine, proving that variety isn't just the spice of life, it's the key to wellness.
My passion for supporting women stems from my own rocky menopause journey.
Confusion, endless searches for answers, and frustrating trial-and-error blood work left me longing for a clear roadmap. Determined to fill the gap, I now guide other with empathy, expertise, and a commitment to simplifying the path to thriving during menopause.

I understand firsthand how deeply tumultuous menopause can be--a time of profound physical and emotional upheaval. For too long, women were told that the unwelcome changes in midlife were an inevitable part of aging, something to white-knuckle through with the promise that the discomfort would eventually pass. I refused to accept this narrative, and I'm determined to rewrite the story for myself and others.
It’s a process of education, exploration, and trusting the right people. I kept at it, and I learned to never assume I am stuck with the way things are. Life changes every single moment, and so can I!
I was conditioned in my teens to be preoccupied with numbers and how they define my worth. And I twisted myself into knots to look like a billboard or an Instagram post. I decided to put that kind of thing behind me…for good.
