My Nutrition Approach

Longevity is about living a long life that is sustainable, that’s enjoyable as well as nourishing.  Food gives you life and feeds your soul. It imprints memories of deep meaning.  

I believe in exploring all of this to understand our urge to eat certain foods and then create strategies to make those ‘habit memories’ work for you instead of against you.

I don’t believe in a short-term means to an end, but a personalized dietary approach.  

 

I help you find a place of peace with food and nourishing our bodies with deliberate choices and respect.
