Advice 

My approach starts in addressing wholeness and well-being through the combination of healthy lifestyle and adoption of self-care modalities that connect body, emotions, mind, spirit, community, and environment.  I don't provide medical advice or diagnose conditions.  I will help guide you through the process of understanding your unique health goals and help you successfully adopt a new plan that works.

Strategy

 I won't dictate rigid plans. Instead, we'll collaborate and explore customized strategies that address your unique needs. What is working well? Which areas need a new approach? You will be responsible and accountable for your own health, growth, and care, and I will be here to provide unwavering support along the way.

Goals

Are you frustrated with the results you aren't getting? I'm not here to impose a 'one-size-fits-all' approach. I'm here to help you define and achieve the outcome that aligns with your vision of a healthier, more fulfilling life.  My knowledge and training in the unique challenges of menopausal women will guide our discussions and provide you with your own set of Mindful Menopause Moments.

 Our coaching sessions encourage you to deeply explore in a judgement-free space; my focus is on guiding your awareness about what is driving your current behavior and lifestyle patterns. Where are you becoming too comfortable? Together we will walk the path toward greater peace, support, abundance, and wisdom.

The only way to find out is to break out of your comfort zone. Sometimes you'll fail, and sometimes you'll agonize over the arrows life throws at you. Let's bring attention to the present moment & practice sensing and feeling which answers are already within you.
